About Bento:
Bento is an active boy who's ready to learn! This sweet boy is sure to be the most loyal dog to whoever gets the honor of taking him home. He will love being your adventure buddy and is sure to be your very best friend. He is a bit late to learning some of his basic skills, so we are looking for someone who can bring out his full potential.
Bento is looking for a home where his new owners are experienced with the responsibilities associated with having an active and intelligent dog. He will need lots of activities and enrichment to keep his smart brain occupied.

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
