Personality:
Meet Fantasia, a gorgeous girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. She has a personality that is larger than life. Sweet, affectionate and full of puppy charm, Fantasia is happiest when she's by your side soaking up cuddles, attention and all the love you have to give.
Fantasia is a happy, bubbly pup who adores people and thrives on human companionship. She loves her toys, although she's still figuring out exactly what to do with them, which only adds to her adorable puppy antics. Food is definitely a favourite too, making training a fun and rewarding experience. She is a lovely girl with plenty of potential and is ready to grow into a well mannered, confident companion with the right guidance.
Tamariki – 10+ while she builds confidence and solidifies her manners.
Cats – Cats ok with correct intros and supervision.
Kūri – Friendly. Ongoing socialisation recommended.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 13.7kgs. Likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
Fantasia is looking for a family with large dog experience who are committed to giving her the time, patience and love she needs as she grows. Puppy school is highly recommended to help build a strong bond with her new family while teaching her the foundations of good manners and confidence. She would do well in most homes, especially one with an older, well balanced dog to help show her the ropes. She could also live with respectful children aged 10 years and over and confident cats following slow, positive introductions.
In accordance with the Dog Control Act 1996, Fantasia will be classified as Menacing by Breed and will need to adhere to the conditions attached to this classification.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
