Personality:

Fig is an exceptionally playful girl who approaches life like it is one big invitation to interact, explore, and have fun. She thrives on human connection, soaking up attention and always looking for the next game, pat, or shared moment. Whether it is bouncing around with excitement or leaning in for affection, Fig is happiest when she is part of whatever her people are doing.

She has a bright, busy nature and a real zest for life, paired with a sweet eagerness to engage with the world around her. Fig is the kind of dog who turns ordinary moments into something fun, and she is always ready to bring energy and enthusiasm into the room.

Tamariki – 5+ years as can be a bit jumpy currently.
Cats – Playful. Confident cat needed.

Kūri – Unsure but friendly, needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 5.1kgs. Likely to mature large in size.

Ideal home:

Fig can be a little testing at times and may try her luck as she learns the rules, so she will need a home that is calm, consistent, and confident with setting firm but fair boundaries. Ongoing training, structure, and positive reinforcement will be important to help her channel her energy in the right direction. She is still young and learning, so continued socialisation at her own pace will help her build confidence without feeling overwhelmed. With the right guidance, Fig is going to flourish into a clever, fun loving companion who keeps life interesting in the best possible way.

A lively little character with a big heart, ready to grow into her best self with the right family by her side.
