Personality:
Hart is a joyful, people focused puppy who thrives on human attention. She enjoys her toys, but people are definitely her favourite thing. She's a curious little soul who seems pretty unfazed by the world around her and is always keen to get involved. Whether she's climbing into your lap for a cuddle, mouthing your hands or chasing your ankles, Hart is busy figuring out how the world works and how she can be part of everything you do!
Tamariki – 5+ and dog savvy, with proper supervision.
Cats – Intetested but playfu. Confident cats needed.
Kūri – Friendly. Ongoing socialisation needed.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 3.8kgs. Likely to mature medium - large in size.
Ideal home:
Hart could suit a variety of homes where her needs as a growing puppy can be met. She's currently in her Staffy puppy phase, so expect plenty of enthusiasm, playful antics and some learning along the way! A home with some experience raising and training dogs would be beneficial, particularly when it comes to teaching good manners, setting consistent boundaries and redirecting those busy little puppy teeth. Hart will need ongoing training and appropriate socialisation to help her grow into a confident, well mannered adult. We also highly recommend crate training and teaching her to enjoy time on her own, as learning to settle independently is an important part of growing up.
Hart is ready to find her people, learn all about the world and fill a home with puppy mischief, affection and plenty of laughs. Could this little love bug be the missing piece of your whānau?
