Personality:
Kelsey is a big, goofy girl with a whole lot of puppy energy packed into her gorgeous grown up body! She is absolutely obsessed with toys, especially soft, squishy toys and rope tugs, and is always ready for a bit of fun. She is generally confident and happy in familiar surroundings, although the big wide world can feel a little scary when everything is new. With some gentle encouragement, she will blossom into the confident girl we know she can be.
Tamariki – 10+ while she leanrs her manners as she can be a bit jumpy.
Cats – No cats.
Kūri – Boisterous and rude when meeting. Needs to learn manners.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 25.2kgs and is fully grown.
Ideal home:
Kelsey is looking for an active, experienced whare that can keep up with her energy and give her plenty of outlets for fun, enrichment and learning. Bully breed experience would be ideal, along with a home that understands the importance of good boundaries and ongoing training. Kelsey is still learning her manners and will benefit from people who can provide clear, consistent guidance and help her learn appropriate ways to channel all that enthusiasm. Continued training, confidence building and plenty of mental and physical enrichment will help her grow into a well mannered, happy adult dog while still letting her wonderfully goofy personality shine.
All grown up but still waiting for someone to love her like the big goofy baby she is!

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
