Personality:
If you're looking for a dog with personality plus, Minty has it in spades. This quirky girl is full of fun, always ready to bring a smile to your face with her silly antics and classic Bull Terrier charm. She approaches life with enthusiasm, loves being involved in whatever her people are doing, and has a playful, energetic outlook on the world. Beneath all that energy is a very sweet girl who adores affection and is more than happy to curl up for cuddles once she has had some fun and exercise.
Minty may have had a rough start in life and carries a few scars from her past, but they certainly do not slow her down. She embraces every day with joy and determination, making the most of every opportunity to play, explore, and soak up attention from her favourite people.
Tamariki – 10+ and dog savvy as she is a typical bull terrier (like a bull in a china shop in the best way 😂)
Cats – No cats.
Kūri – She can be full on so would need the right match if another dog in the household.
Stock/poultry – No stock/poultry.
Size – Currently 11.8kgs and is mostly grown.
Ideal home:
As a deaf dog, Minty is looking for a special home that understands her needs and is committed to continuing her training. She will benefit from positive reinforcement training using visual cues and clear communication, along with plenty of mental enrichment to keep her busy. Experience with Bull Terriers or other high energy breeds would be a real advantage. Minty would love an active home that can provide ongoing training, structure, adventure, and lots of opportunities to learn new things. With the right guidance, she is sure to flourish and become an incredible companion.
A few scars, a huge heart, and enough personality for ten dogs. Minty is ready to find her perfect match!
