Personality:
Mojito is a fun loving, friendly little character who is guaranteed to bring plenty of personality wherever he goes! Nobody told him to go easy on the eyeliner, but we think it makes his gorgeous, soulful eyes all the more irresistible. He's happiest keeping close to his people, getting involved in whatever you're up to and making sure his nose has thoroughly investigated every little detail (personal space is still a work in progress!). Add a love of water and a good splash about, and you've got one very entertaining little chap who knows how to make the most of life. He's full of puppy charm, curiosity and cheeky moments, with plenty of love to give.
Tamariki – Any age provided proper supervision.
Cats – Not yet assessed.
Kūri – Friendly and playful. Ongoing socialisation needed.
Stock/poultry – Interested in watching chickens.
Size – Currently 9.3kgs. Likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
Mojito is a social boy who would love a family that makes him part of the action, from everyday adventures to the quieter moments at home. He'll benefit from ongoing training, socialisation and confidence building as he discovers more of the world and learns to navigate new experiences. He may need a little encouragement to find his feet at times, but underneath that puppy uncertainty is a little diamond waiting to shine. With patience, consistency and plenty of opportunities to learn, we're sure this handsome lad will grow into a real gem.

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
