Personality:
This lovely girl is a curious and inquisitive pup who is showing a good level of confidence for her age. She warms up to new environments pretty quickly and loves having a good look around to see what is happening. She can be a little hesitant when meeting new people, but once she has had a moment to take things in, her sweet personality starts to shine through. She is a gorgeous mix of curiosity, confidence and puppy sweetness.
Tamariki – 5+ and dog savvy kids preferred with proper intros and supervision.
Cats – Cats are scary. Confident cats preferred.
Kūri – Friendly. Ongoing socialisation needed due to age.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 13.35kgs. Likely to mature large - xl in size.
Ideal home:
She is looking for an experienced whānau who will continue building her confidence through positive experiences, ongoing training and plenty of socialisation with people, dogs and the big wide world. As she may grow into quite a large girl, establishing good boundaries, manners and impulse control from the beginning will be especially important. She will thrive with a family who enjoys keeping a growing pup busy with enrichment, learning, adventures and plenty of gentle guidance. Give her the right foundations now and she has all the makings of a wonderful big hearted companion.

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
