Personality:
Patience is a sweet, playful girl with plenty of personality and a serious love of fun. She adores her soft toys, loves a good game of fetch and is always happy to soak up attention and a good scratch. She responds well to gentle corrections and is keen to please, making her a lovely girl to work with. She can get a little overexcited when the fun starts, but underneath it all is a big heart and a very affectionate girl who just wants to be involved.
Tamariki – 10+ and dog savvy as she can get over excited during play.
Cats – Confident cats preferred. Proper intros and training needed.
Kūri – Can be rude/bold when meeting but is friendly. Ongoing socialisation needed.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 31.2kgs and is fully grown.
Ideal home:
Patience is looking for an experienced home that understands the needs and traits of large breed dogs, ideally with previous Rottweiler experience. She will benefit from ongoing training, particularly around her lead skills and learning to keep those big feelings under control when she gets excited. An active home where she can enjoy plenty of exercise, play and time with her people would be ideal.
If you know and love Rottweilers and are looking for a loyal, playful companion to share life with, Patience could be the girl you’ve been waiting for.
