Personality:
Rook is a confident, curious girl who is quick to get exploring and has no interest in leaving a nook or cranny unchecked. She happily roams around taking in everything the world has to offer and is not easily phased by much. She is gentle with handling and play, enjoys a good game with her rope toys and is currently working her way through a very chewy phase. Thankfully, she is responsive to guidance and keen to learn.
Tamariki – Any age provided proper intros and supervision.
Cats – Ok with proper itros and training.
Kūri – Friendly. Ongoing socialisation required due to age.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 2.5kgs. Likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
Rook is a higher energy girl who will thrive with a family ready to give her plenty to do. She would really benefit from having a mission or a job to focus on, whether that is obedience, scent games, enrichment, learning new skills or exploring new places. Ongoing training and socialisation will be important for helping her channel her energy and continue developing into a well rounded companion. Some previous dog experience would be preferred, along with a commitment to training, enrichment and keeping her clever mind busy as she grows.
Rook is ready to put her explorer paws to work. All she needs now is a home with enough adventures, challenges and love to keep her happily discovering the world.
