Personality:
Scott is our adorable little potato baby who is still figuring out exactly who he is, but what he may lack in pizzazz, he more than makes up for in pure cuteness and squishy charm. This sweet boy is perfectly happy entertaining himself with a soft toy or happily settling down on his mat for some quiet time. He has a lovely laid back nature and is the kind of little guy who makes you want to scoop him up and give him a cuddle just because he is so ridiculously adorable.
Tamariki – Any age provided slow intros and supervision.
Cats – Confident cat with good intros and training.
Kūri – Friendly. Needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 7.7kgs and is likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
Scott would suit most homes and is looking for a family who will enjoy watching his personality blossom as he grows in confidence. Like all young dogs, he will need ongoing training, positive socialisation and plenty of opportunities to learn about the big wide world. Bring Scott home and you will have cuddles on tap, a little shadow ready to follow you into the next adventure, and a sweet companion who will be discovering life right alongside you. There are walks to sniff, new places to explore, naps to enjoy and so many wonderful things for this little potato to experience.

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
