About Scrat:
Scrat is a happy-go-lucky boy with lots of energy and even more love to give! If you are looking for a pup to take on long walks and new adventures, Scrat is your boy. With his funky ears and loving nature, Scrat is the perfect addition to an active, loving family.
Scrat's ideal family is one experienced with similar high energy breeds. He is an active boy and needs a family who have the time to help this guy be the best he can be. We recommend puppy school and further training for Scrat to learn new skills, help him bond with his new family and keep his brain busy.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
