Personality:
Tash is a gentle little girl with a sweet nature and a curious mind. She can be a little nervous when things are new, especially if there are sudden movements or unexpected sounds, but once she has a moment to take everything in, her curiosity soon takes over and she is off investigating her surroundings. Give her a little time to get to know you and you will see her softer side come out, with Tash happily soaking up all the love and affection she can get.
Tamariki – 10+ while she biuilds confidence.
Cats – No cats, will chase.
Kūri – Friendly but still learning how to socialise properly.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 6.2kgs and is fully grown.
Ideal home:
Tash is looking for an active and understanding whānau who can help her build confidence while keeping her clever little mind busy. She may be small and a little shy, but there is a curious and adventurous girl in there just waiting to come out! Her new whānau will need to use calm, patient and confident handling while she learns that the world is a safe and exciting place. With gentle socialisation, positive experiences and plenty of encouragement, we think Tash will continue to blossom.
Tash is waiting for the day she can curl up beside her very own whānau, knowing she is home, loved and here to stay.

The adoption fee is $450 ($350 for dogs 7+ years old), which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
