Personality:

Terry Perry is a gentle, sweet natured boy who takes a little time to let his true personality shine. A little shy when meeting new people, he appreciates patience, kindness and a few tasty treats while he learns to trust. Once you've earned his confidence, you'll discover a loyal companion who loves nothing more than curling up in a warm, cosy spot for a nap or quietly keeping you company by your side. He seems to have a lower energy nature and is looking for someone who will help him blossom at his own pace. He is still building confidence on the lead and would benefit from gentle encouragement as he explores the world.

Tamariki – 16+ as he needs calm handling and confidence building.
Cats – Has a sniff then lost interest. Confident cats preferred due to breed.

Kūri – Friendly. Needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 5.85kgs. Likely to mature large in size.

Ideal home:

Terry Perry would thrive in a calm, experienced home where life moves at a relaxed pace and his family understands that the best friendships are worth waiting for. Continued positive training, confidence building and gradual exposure to new people, places and experiences will help him grow into the happy, confident dog we know he can be. With a little patience and a lot of love, Terry Perry is sure to reward his family with unwavering loyalty and plenty of quiet companionship.

He's not the life of the party... he's the reason you'll want to leave it early. Adopt Terry Perry now 🐾
