Come along and experience the humour, intensity and joy of Shakespeare that keep his words alive and relevant 400 years after they were written.
How it works:
We sit in a circle and read the parts in ‘round-robin’ fashion. This is not intended to be a performance, merely a group of Shakespeare enthusiasts who want to experience Shakespeare out loud in a relaxed setting.
You are welcome to read along silently, if that is your preference. There is no need to commit every fortnight but there is a great deal of satisfaction and fun to be had when you finish each play.
