Join us to experience the sights, sounds and traditions of a Victorian spring. Churn fresh cream into butter, attend a Victorian school lesson, meet the Village beekeeper during a special talk and discover how bees begin their busy work as flowers bloom.
Enjoy delicious treats including freshly baked bread from the bread oven, sample traditional fare from Puhi Nui Homestead kitchen, and visit the sweet shop stocked with old-fashioned lollies and fudge.
With hands-on games, crafts, live demonstrations and plenty of activities for visitors of all ages, this promises to be a delightful live day celebrating the energy and optimism of spring.
You can also enjoy Morris dancers performing at 11am and 12pm and the bagpipe band at 12.30pm.
