Make Sunday 6 December a morning to remember at Mission Bay Beach with the Barfoot & Thompson People's Triathlon Series.
Race 2 brings a sea swim, a flat waterfront ride along Tamaki Drive and a supported run together in Auckland's seaside setting. Pick a first-time challenge, test your sprint speed or settle into the Olympic distance, with friends and family nearby to cheer.
Choose your challenge:
- Olympic Triathlon: 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run
- Sprint Triathlon: 500m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
- Try-a-Tri: 100m swim, 10km bike, 2km run
- Olympic Duathlon: 40km bike, 10km run
- Sprint Duathlon: 20km bike, 5km run
- Olympic Aquabike: 1.5km swim, 40km bike
- Sprint Aquabike: 500m swim, 20km bike
Individual and relay team entries are available. Your entry includes race timing, aid stations, medical support and a personalised bib. Swimmers receive a silicone swim cap; post-race massage and the Barfoot & Thompson BBQ help round out the morning.
Racing runs from 7am to 11am. Registration opens at 5am and the compulsory briefing is at 6.45am. Collect your pack on Saturday from 3–6pm at Mission Bay Beach.
